This attorney is the worst so call attorney I have ever talk to when it comes down to helping a Christian homeowner as I am. He didn't look at none of my evidence the only lectured me about me making my house payments he didn't look at the facts the only judged me by recent past he didn't look at the... big picture where I have been in my home for 21 years he didn't have no sympathy he didn't give me no opportunity to speak on my behalf of the negative that my mortgage company is carrying out on me. I'm on a fixed rate and have been since 1998 and my current mortgage who just purchased my mortgage in December of 2018 is trying to charge me like a flexible rate they are are breaking the contract that I sign back in 1998 for my fix rate that has never changed my interest rate has never changed this mortgage Cascade who is on the West Coast has added more money to my balance then what it's truly is and this attorney Randy Skinner has the gall to criticize me to judge me and to actually tell me to live in my truck having no sympathy on the truth I lost my little brother back in May 18th 2018 and my little brother fought for his life for two years since the last part of 2015 I took thousands of dollars to help my little brother and it still wasn't good enough to keep him alive it made me go very behind on my mortgage but if I had to do it all over again I would do the same thing again Randy Skinner this so-called attorney did not take that into consideration because he's heartless I went to meet with Randy Skinner to talk to him about my situation and I thought I was actually still talkin to my mortgage company he was on the side of the mortgage company and against me when I was there to try to hire him to help me get back on track but all he could do is criticize me lectured me and treated me like I was a nobody he did not look at one bit of evidence that I had that Cascade is voiding the contract that is legit that I sign in back in 1998 he had the common courtesy 2 only put me down and lecture me with no sympathy whatsoever I do not recommend this attorney for anybody especially people like me that's middle class this man is only for the rich when I told him how much money I had in the bank he just shook his head and I'm assuming because he just assumed I didn't have enough money to even pay him for his legal service he was mean and I do not recommend him for anyone to hire this man is an attorney to help them he will turn his back on you as soon as he gets the money and he will never help you!!
