Over the past 15 years I have enjoyed helping my clients envision business and finance strategy from a big picture perspective, while advising them on the complex strategic transactions that allow them to achieve careful growth and reach critical financial goals. I excel at leading management teams and providing guidance on sophisticated merger and acquisition, joint venture, and corporate financing transactions -- managing and executing the nuts and bolts of structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex deals. I take pride in using my extensive experience to provide superior deal management and execution for my clients. I am fortunate to have developed close, advisory, and personal relationships with my clients, which has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of their corporate finance, operations, products, markets, and vision for the future. The in-depth understanding of my clients' businesses and goals has allowed me to be particularly effective in my work for global companies and with cross-border transactions. I have exceptional depth of experience in cross-border M&A transactions in Europe, and have also advised clients on complex deals in Thailand, China, and India. Along with very broad M&A experience within manufacturing and distribution, I have particular experience in chemical, industrial, and automotive sectors. I have further experience in structuring complex transactions for clients in advanced materials, infrastructure, software, and IT.
