Mr. Phillips added me and my spouse to a law suit we knew nothing about simply based on word of mouth from the person filing the law suit. When we learned of the law suit and called and asked him about it, we were told we would have to show id to have our names removed from the law suit. We went show...ed Id ad it took several phone calls and threats by mail and email to finally get our names removed which was 45 days later. Which he had it posted on the law suit it was being removed at the request by me by a letter and NOT the document we signed in his office some 45 days before.
