I recently hired this attorney for an issue I was involved in. I would never, ever recommend him to anyone. He was all fired up to help me at the beginning. But once he received his first payment, not to mention the many more payments to come, he quit taking my calls, he argued over every point I wan...ted to make on my issue in court, and he even, on many occasions, had me in tears because of the "non-caring, very harsh words" he used towards me while standing in his office. It was very rare that I was ever late on a payment to him. But if I was, because that kind of money was not easy to come by for me, he made it clear that he would not continue representing me if he was not paid in full immediately. He ran the court case his way only, and he would not state in court, before the judge, what I felt was extremely relevant to my case. He did not prepare me for what would take place in the court room, and I ended up losing my case, and this came after paying him well over $60,000 in fees. He was arrogant to me, and told me that I was the one who lost my case, and that it wasn't him. My honest opinion, and this is of course based on my personal experience with him, is that I would not at all even go meet with him on anything of importance to you. He did not run my case how I saw fit, but only his way. He would not even consider my way. I can only go by how he treated me personally, and how he ran my case.
