David represents both public and private company clients in corporate, transactional and securities law matters. He advises clients on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including public company 34' Act reporting and securities law matters, director and officer indemnification and advancement issues, general corporate governance and public and private company transactions including mergers and acquisitions. David has substantial experience in strategic and financial acquisition and sale transactions and regularly advises buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating and documenting business acquisitions and divestitures. He is also Wyche's health care practice group leader, advising on health care transactions and Stark, Anti-Kickback and HIPAA compliance.
