Biography
Thomas C. Brittain, Jr. called “Case” by his friends, family, and clients. He is known for being the type of attorney that revels in defending the rights of his clients and striving to know the other side of the case as well as his own.
Graduating from Wofford College in 2002, Case received his Juris Doctor from the Charleston University School of Law. He assisted in the organization of the Honor Council and continues to serve as an active alumnus. Following law school, Case clerked for the South Carolina Circuit Court and the Honorable Paul Burch. It was here Case determined his desire to become a trial lawyer.
Case has always had a desire to help people, and it came naturally, as it did for his father. He chose criminal defense because regardless if the charges are the same, every client has their own story to tell. It is our job to pursue a successful conclusion for every client.
