You need a court order. Consult with a family lawyer and file a complaint in family court. This is not kidnapping. Good luck!

It would not renew the contract, but would validate the debt for collection purposes if you chose to sue for breach of contract for failure to pay.

I wrote some bad checks 18 years ago in a different state. Can I go to jail for this?

If there is a warrant you may be arrested to clear the warrant. It would be hard to prove the case from 18 years ago, so jail would be unlikely.

Hire a DUI defense attorney. Why would you plea to DUI 4th? That makes no sense. Your case has issues that need to be discussed with a lawyer one...

Contact the sheriff. The solicitor will prosecute if a warrant is issued for forgery.
