Biography
D. Michael ("Mike") Kelly, is a South Carolina resident with more than 30 years of experience in law. He has spent his entire career working hard to protect the rights of South Carolinians and build a better, more just community. Mike is highly experienced in many areas of law and often represents people seeking to claim disability benefits under complex ERISA laws and regulations. He combines his knowledge of law with a compassionate approach to each client.
In addition to his legal career, Mike is heavily involved in numerous charitable and community service organizations. He is an active member of St. Martin’s in the Fields Episcopal Church, and is happily married with two sons.
