Bradley Russell Maxwell

Brad received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2013. He also received his Bachelor of Arts degree from USC, where he majored in print journalism. Brad spent most of his time at USC working with the University’s daily student newspaper, The Daily Gamecock, even serving as the organization’s editor in chief for a year. In the year after he graduated law school, Brad served as the law clerk to Circuit Court Judge J. Mark Hayes, II in Spartanburg, SC. Brad is a member of the both the South Carolina Bar Association’s Real Estate Section and Probate Estate and Trust Section, and focuses his practice predominately on Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Business Formation.
