Client was facing a potential life sentence for the falsified claims of this person. Of course, if=t happened during the course of a divorce and child custody battle.

OUTCOME: Verdict - Not Guilty

Client, (18 years old) charged with child molestation in Snohomish County WA. Alleged victim (14 yrs old) was indruduced to client by friend that evening, even drove herself to party, a high school g ... raduation party in Darrington. Client faced years in prison, followed by Sex Offender Registration. Defense was that alleged victim asserted her age over age of consent. Witnesses all testified victim had lied about her age, and looked the part. All contact was consensual. Jury believed client and acquitted. Trial lasted 5 days. I will not put my client's names on the internet.
