Brian S. Yost

Brian S. Yost is a Partner at Jebaily Law Firm, where he focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury matters. He joined the firm in August 2013 and became a partner in January 2020.

A Marion, South Carolina, native, Brian graduated from Marion High School and earned his undergraduate degree in History from Coastal Carolina University. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas A. Russo of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit before joining Jebaily Law Firm.

Brian is committed to helping individuals and families facing the financial and personal challenges that can accompany workplace injuries and accidents. His practice includes Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury matters, and his experience also includes criminal defense and DUI-related matters.

He is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice, where he serves on the Board of Governors, as well as the Injured Workers Advocates of South Carolina, the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Outside of his legal practice, Brian remains active in his community. His involvement includes the Coastal Carolina University Alumni Association, where he maintains his connection to his alma mater, serving as an Alumni Risk Awareness Advisor for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, and participating in Leadership Florence through the Florence Chamber of Commerce.
