Mary Pat Crawford and her firm were ethically and professionally irresponsible in the handling of the custody case for which I retained her and her legal team. After withdrawing from counsel from my case at the 11th hour during an emergency custody motion for reasons that did not meet provisions unde...r S.C. Law, she appeared in court on my behalf for a final court session. Not only did she not advocate for me as her client, she was not prepared and did not present any of the evidence that she was given by me to defend false allegations against me by the defendant (ex). Once I was given my case files after being dropped as a client just one day before an emergency hearing, I reviewed the contract I had signed when I retained this firm and the entire packet is legally questionable. I would warn anyone looking for family law representation to avoid this firm at any and all costs.
