Great customer service
Marc was outstanding. Not sure why there is such a negative review. He is very thorough in the work that he did for us. Everyone has different personalities and he may come across as serious as most lawyers do, but he was focused, professional and kind. Far from rude.

Good experience
I'm not sure about the experience the other people who reviewed him had but he was nothing but respectful. I understand that the text he sent to let me know what to expect could be taken as on the rude side. I initially thought the same thing when I got it. He is going in and out of people's house...
