I recieved a curtosy summons appearance only in the mail, it does not say what it is for, is there any way for me to find out?

The Summons should list why you are being summoned to Court. I suggest calling the Clerk of Court for the county it came from.

If she lives with him for 90 consecutive days alimony can be dropped. You'll need to prove this in court, most likely with a private investigator.
