I have over a decade of experience working in this field and there's nothing I'm more passionate about. I specialize in the full range of employment-based and family-based immigration matters, with an emphasis on motions and appeals work. I strongly believe that even the most challening, complex cases have options.

On the employment-based side, I have substanial expeirence helping clients obtain the necessary visas to meet their temporary and long-term staffing needs, while maintaining complete compliance with all applicable U.S. immigration and labor laws. I also have vast experience representing clients before USCIS and the Department of Labor during compliance checks and investigations, so I understands what it takes to build and maintain a successful, fully-compliant immigration program within a company.
