Jason E. Finley

Jason Finley was born and raised in Charleston, where he developed a strong work ethic and deep sense of community.
He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he cultivated discipline, leadership, and a commitment to service—qualities that continue to shape his legal career. Following his military service, Jason spent 20 years in the construction industry, gaining firsthand knowledge of business operations, project management, and the challenges faced by working professionals and contractors.

After transitioning into the legal field, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor, where he built a reputation for integrity, thorough preparation, and effective advocacy in the courtroom. His prosecutorial experience provided him with a strong foundation in litigation and a comprehensive understanding of the justice system.

For the past year, Jason has been an attorney with Drennan Law Firm, where he continues to provide thoughtful and strategic legal counsel to his clients. His varied professional background allows him to connect with individuals from all walks of life and to approach each case with both legal insight and real-world perspective.

Outside of his professional work, Jason is a devoted husband, father, and avid outdoorsman. He and his wife are proud parents of two daughters and he values the time he spends with his family.
