Collin Heath Fuller

Collin H. Fuller is the founder and lead attorney of Fuller Law, where he focuses on representing clients in serious personal injury cases. A lifelong South Carolina resident, he began his legal career working on defective construction matters, where he developed strong litigation skills handling complex, multi-party disputes—from individual residential claims to large-scale class actions involving millions of dollars. Since launching Fuller Law in 2021, his practice has been dedicated entirely to personal injury law.

He received his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and ranked first in his class. While in law school, he earned multiple CALI Awards in areas including Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Commercial Law, Products Liability, and Legal Research and Writing. Collin is committed to guiding his clients through every stage of their cases and takes pride in building meaningful relationships with them. He resides in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife and their three children.
