My experience with her was amiserable waste of my time. I was injured by falling material off a building . She was supposed to represent me. In three months we had almost no contact. I called her many times without an answer or reply. In the meantime I'm getting calls from the company and workman's c...omp. I ask then to please call my lawyer and the reply was I did, but she never contacted them either. Having never being injured at work I had no idea of what to do or say. I was so lost and confused with no help or advise from my lawyer. After I don't know how many months, my guess is 7 to 11 months. I finally went to her office and told her I didn't need her anymore. I honestly believe that she did absolutely nothing the whole time . I had no payments, patial coverage of medical care and no settlement. Just physical pain . I really felt betrayed. Please find another lawyer if you want any justice.

If I could give no stars I would, sadly. Ellen Babb was my attorney for not even 3 weeks and she did next to nothing to help me with my case. She didn’t send Representation until after I told her my case was unfounded.. She never helped communicate lawyer to lawyer like she was supposed to do. The wh...ole time she was on my case (since representation wasn’t sent) I still had to cooperate with my caseworker. They kept telling me legal representation was never sent to them. I’ve emailed and texted Ellen and her secretary on numerous occasions with no response. After I told her I no longer needed her services, that I would like an itemized statement of services rendered she refused, stating it would only show the $2,500. She refused to give me any of my money back. I asked her what’s he did for the case and she couldn’t give me an answer. I did all the work for my case basically on my own. I’m now having to dispute this $2,500 with my bank. Save your money and your time and go to a different law firm.
