Regrettable experience

I made the mistake of using Mr Miller to update some documents for me. Mr. Miller indicated that he did not do project pricing and I made the mistake of assuming he would be judicious his time. What has previously cost less then $1,000 Mr. Miller attempted to charge me over $5,000 to update a few s...ections of a policy manual. Mr. Miller then attempted to place a copyright on material sourced from my original document. I would encourage anyone considering Mr. Miller
