I was recently in contact with Mr. Smith when it was discovered that the proceeds from my real estate sale were not received by my representative. I called to determine where the money was, not to complain or place blame. Mr. Smith was hostile and impatient with me. He tried to put the blame back ...on me although I had taken myself out of the process by providing a check with the proper account and routing numbers. He was rude to me and not in the least helpful when I tried to explore options. I do not recommend this attorney in any capacity because of the risk of incurring his bad behavior.
