I had a legal claim against Firestone for damage they did to my vehicle when I took it there for an oil change. I met with Attorney Moore at his office on several occasions during the course of my case. Attorney Moore (Lou) was able to provide quick resolution within months. Lou was very aggressiv...e and filed a lawsuit against them when they would not settle up with us. He was able to get us thousands of dollars to cover repairs to my vehicle and for our inconvenience. He promptly got our settlement check to us and we felt more than justly represented. I totally disagree with any negative review as that was not my experience with him. Lou always made himself available to us and even gave free advice on other matters. He was very personable and committed to our case. I highly recommend his service.
