We used this individual to handle legal matters relating to the placement of my dad in a nursing home, power of attorney, health care proxy and Medicaid. We found him lacking in areas of prompt response, return of documents give to him (my mom STILL has not received the deed to her home back!) reque...sting duplicate and triplicate presentation of documents he asked for, obviously lost and asked for again, telling us the "people at Social Services keep asking for documents" and, when we checked with Social Services, we discovered he would appear for appointments unprepared and better off conducting the business myself. i think we should charge him for all the work we did, rather than him charging us and being far from competent.
