January 2015. I was introduced to Ms. Kelly Sullivan by a mutual friend and after our first phone call I immediately liked her. She was very kind, attentive, and warm, with excellent background and the expertise I looked for and needed: International Immigration. We started with the legal consult...ation on my issue "Re-unification of family" then it materialized to hired attorney with the service of petitioning my case on "PR naturalization in becoming a U.S. Citizen". I settled my Legal Retainer and payment of attorney's fees for the Naturalization first, then we proceed with my petition Form N-400 and payment of its fee. Not long after, I got my biometric appointment, and the USCIS interview and Naturalization test appointment. The process was done long distance via phone calls, textings, e-Mails, mails, and us never met in person (we live in different states). Even so, Ms. Kelly was prompt, professional, and systematic, yet remained in touch, available, patient, friendly, wise, and emphatatic. Her soft spoken and listening ears has helped me feel calm and heard. She also gave time to go through each steps and each forms and made time to listen and answer my inquiries. January 2016. I passed my USCIS interview and Naturalization test, and my case closed by USCIS. My case took longer, one year, (the USCIS data said 97% passed and an average of 5 months process) because I had to leave America to my home country for a 3 month emergency visit and then there was this settling down period after moving house (back in America). While it takes two to tango, where both sides shall answer and complete what it is asked, but I believed that when the attorney and the Law Firm have a good and vast network, plus a good reputation and harmony of their own rights, they would make a Big difference. Trust and respect also works both ways. And I got all. I'm a satisfied client. God bless!
