John Edward Robinson

I contacted the office of John E Robinson, asking for help getting my business waiver correct. I was told no problem he does this sort of thing all the time. I submitted the online waiver to him. After one month nothing was done. I then began to call on a weekly basis and was told he was on it. Then ...eventually began to receive no response. I totally understand if your company is too busy to handle something like this, but this was never relayed to me. Feel this is highly unprofessional. If this happened to me, I can only imagine that it is happening with others.
