Robin Rae Slikker

I am a member of the Trusts and Estates and Business and Corporate Groups working out of the firm’s Charleston office. I work with families, business owners, and professional advisors to develop customized estate plans to ensure a smooth and optimal transition of assets to future generations. Before joining Saxton & Stump, I worked as a law clerk in both private practice and government agencies. Most recently as a clerk at the Charleston County Probate Court, I researched statutory and case law, wrote memos and briefed judges in preparation for hearings. Fluent in Spanish, I also worked as a legal interpreter, both oral and written, for Charleston Pro-Bono Legal Services.

Before going to law school, I spent nearly two decades in operations, sales and management in Atlanta, where I worked with company attorneys concerning workers' compensation, immigration, theft, client contracts, employment contracts, and noncompete agreements. I also created budgets, coordinated efficiency projects, and helped companies comply with government regulations.
