This area includes drafting contracts for a wide range of situations---We review and revise contracts for clients, Including real estate purchase contracts, construction contracts, employment contracts, residential and commercial leases, etc.

This area includes formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, including drafting, preparation of necessary shareholder or partnership agreements and operating agreements. We apply for TIN and order necessary record books and transfer or assign property to the new entity. Also represent dozens of Owner Associations; advising the Directors and attending meetings of Directors and/or Owners, enforcing covenants and collecting assessments

This area includes meeting with a decedent's family, opening estates with the Probate Courts in Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley Counties; preparation, revision, review and filing of all documents required to complete the administration of an estate, advising Personal Representatives, preparation of deeds and other documents necessary to convey property to devisees, etc.
