Jesse A. Kirchner

Jesse A. Kirchner, founding partner, practices civil litigation with a focus on construction litigation and insurance coverage litigation. Prior to joining Thurmond, Kirchner, Timbes & Yelverton, P.A., Kirchner practiced as an associate attorney with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., on the construction defect litigation team. Kirchner, who holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Carolina, received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in the top five percent of his law school class. There, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of Wig and Robe. Kirchner is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry and is admitted to practice in South Carolina and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kirchner holds an AV preeminent rating and has been listed as a Super Lawyer in South Carolina. He also has been named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
