Mr Theos was hired to defend me as a public servant. I am innocent of charges of misconduct brought about by tea party opponents of public schools. He did no investigation, was not able to present evidence to clear me, submitted briefs that were always denied. Because I felt I would not receive a fai...r trial nor would he be effective in court, I allowed a plea deal for my safety. I have many supporters in the community who know the truth.
