Cody Stevens Deckert

I am an associate in Saxton & Stump’s Trusts and Estates Group as well as the Business, Corporate and Tax Group. I help clients with business planning, incorporation, entity conversions and real estate transactions incidental to asset protection and estate planning. I also draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney and utilizes other sophisticated estate planning techniques to create or preserve multi-generational wealth for my clients.
I have worked with high and ultra-high net-worth individuals and families to achieve their personal, financial, and philanthropic objectives, specifically assisting with estate and tax planning. I represent fiduciaries in probate and estate planning administration matters, and work with clients on business continuity, tax planning, charitable planning and asset protection. I have also worked with clients on international taxation, civil litigation and tax controversy matters.
