Andrew Joseph McCumber

My name is Andrew J. McCumber, and I am a litigation associate with Slotchiver & Slotchiver, L.L.P. A native of the Upstate, I attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C., where I received my B.A. in 2011. Later that year, I moved to Charleston, S.C. to attend the Charleston School of Law where I received my J.D. with honors in December of 2013.

My practice areas include a variety of general civil litigation including personal injury, wrongful death, trucking litigation, construction litigation, corporate disputes, will contests and probate litigation. My practice also includes criminal defense for municipal and state level offenses as well as D.U.I. and other traffic related offenses.
