This was a "foreclosure rescue scam" case where my clients were cheated out of the deed to their home. The Howard County Office of Consumer Affairs sued on behalf of the County, and I represented the ... individual plaintiffs. Ultimately, the defendants settled and agreed that the allegedly wrong transactions were void.
