During a custody issue, Mrs. Overturf was hired and paid for the work, but then, right before hearing, she demanded almost 3 times the amount of the original payment and had never consulted me that it would be so expensive. I’m a single parent and relied on her for help, only to be charged so much r...ight before court and no explanation. She works out of her home and is disorganized, which is why I think I didn’t get a bill until right before the date. She knew I didn’t have that kind of money at the spur of the moment, but did not care. I wouldn’t recommend her for services, especially family law.
