Beth saved my children! And that is an understatement for all that she has done for my children and I. Beth is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom! Her knowledge and expertise along with her determination and dedication are a true treasure and inspiration. Words can never express my gratitud...e to Beth! Harlee, in her office, is also very amazing: I am very grateful for all her hard work in assisting my children and I during such trying court battles. Beth was always there when i needed her to talk to her, she gave me great advice as im a single dad and got me full C. About impossible in SC, somwtimes the dad is the correct choice for the children and imnso glad she sees that also. I can only thank Beth. 4 stars because i have never gave 5 to anyo...ne i think there is always room for inprovment other than that to me she is a 5 star lawyer. Thank you Beth B. We hired Beth Bullock for a child custody case back in 2013 and presented her with 2 years worth of evidence that we have saved. Having this evidence she never brought any of it to court. We paid her in full the first time we went to court only to have her stand there and say nothing in our defense. ...We had a final hearing set for January of 2015 and the night before she emailed my husband and told him HE needed to go make FOUR COPIES of all our documentation (One for the judge, one for the GAL, one for the other parties attorney and one for her). She has had ALL of this evidence for a substantial amount of time, and should have already had her court packet prepared, with four copies. (Is that not what she is paid for?) My husband stayed up all night making copies and spending over $100 to pay for the copies only to get to court the next day and find out that she called in sick! This is a trial that has been going on for well over a year and she did not show up. It is to my understanding having my husband make four copies of all his documentation the night before implies she had no intention of showing up to begin with and clearly was not prepared. She also made US officially subpena our own witnesses. She told us this THREE DAYS before trial so we had to hire someone to serve the witnesses that should have been subpenaed weeks prior to the court date. Very unimpressed with her unprofessionalism and for making us do all the work for her! Also, when you call her office to try to reach her- her legal assistant, Jackie, is EXTREMELY rude. We did not like being treated that way for two years and in the end we dismissed her from our case. Waste of money and time.
