Chad PyeChadwick D. Pye, founder and principal attorney at The Chad Pye Law Firm, was born and raised in Spartanburg and is proud to serve the people of his community when they need help navigating through the legal system in Spartanburg. Chad focuses his law practice in the areas that affect people most immediately and directly, handling all aspects of personal injury or work injury, including civil claims, worker’s compensation and social security disability; criminal defense; and family law matters.

Chad completed his undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston in 1994 and then attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, earning his law degree in 1998. Prior to opening his own practice, Chad was associated with attorney Robert Holland and later the firm of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd. From these experiences, Chad gained an understanding of legal practice in both small-firm and large-firm settings. Chad brings the best of both worlds to The Chad Pye Law Firm, developing a personal relationship with his clients while providing a high level of legal service.

Chad is admitted to practice in all South Carolina state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers’ Compensation.
