Gary handled my divorce after I had done some research into several attorneys in Spartanburg, I can say he handled everything professionally and was responsive to all my needs and kept me informed at all times. I liked that I knew the cost prior to the case beginning and would highly recommend his se...rvices.

Really nice guy and very aggressive lawyer. Charged a flat fee for his service. Unlike my experience with other attorneys, I did not have to worry that the billing clock was ticking with everyone phone call, fax, or e-mail that I sent. Mr. Frazier actually listened to me; spent many hours on my cas...e. Highly recommend him.

Gary was very approachable, always kept me informed and provided me with outstanding guidance through the entire process. He is quick to return calls or answer emails. He did not talk over my head...always gave it to me straight; whether or not it was what I wanted to hear. Very honest and trustwo...rthy. He has wonderful resources to call upon if needed and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone needing representation. Not only do I feel he provided great support through a difficult process, his pricing is much lower than others. Again, I highly recommend Gary Frazier!!

I hired Gary Frazier. Paid $2500 for divorce up front. At the time I retained Mr. Frazier, my case was uncontested. When it became contested he didn't want to do the work. He kept from me that my husband filed a week later for adultery (untrue). He wanted me to accept far less child support just so w...e didn't have to go to court. LAZY!!! This attorney did nothing for me. He always wanted to accept their proposals to do nothing for me. He really messed my case up. And then he quit on me!!! I had two days to find and restrain another attorney before a custody hearing! Then he only refunded me $150. Amazing. This is the worlds worst attorney. I would give him zero stars if I could. Beware! Lazy, lazy, lazy. Doesn't want to fight anything.

First let me say, going thru a divorce is costly. Miss one payment or be a week late with Mr. Frazier and he will drop himself as your attorney thru the court and leave you hanging in the middle of a case! The money paid didn't matter and he wasn't up for working with us under financial strain. He do...es not answer his phone, takes days to reply via email, and is not very aggressive at all. Thanks to this, looks like we lost a lot of money we didn't have and now are left to try to finish the case Pro Se. I would not recommend his services in my opinion.
