Counsel has settled and litigated several matters involving various forms of spousal support, including permanent periodic alimony, rehabilitative alimony, lump sum alimony and in-kind spousal support payments.

Counsel has settled and litigated numerous complex child custody matters, which also include parental decision-making authority, visitation schedules, child support, parenting guidelines and restrictions and other child-related matters.

Counsel has appeared before South Carolina Family Courts for countless divorce proceedings, including no fault divorce cases and cases involving a fault-based ground for divorce, such as adultery, physical cruelty and habitual drunkenness.

Counsel has handled a variety of other cases in the South Carolina Family Courts including Rules to Show Cause (contempt actions for failure to comply with a Court Order), name changes, procedural motions, etc.
