Manage a $50 MM distressed commercial real estate loan portfolio of securitized and balance sheet debt.   The loan portfolio is made up of 45 loans that include hotels, mines, an asphalt plant, gas stations / C-stores, air strip, car washes, auto body garages, concrete plant, bio-diesel plant.

Utilize Rockport by Trepp to underwrite and provide loan tracking information for management.

Mitigate losses by implementing and negotiating liquidation strategies, i.e., debt restructurings, forbearance agreements, bankruptcy plans, 363 sales, short sales, note and judgment sales and foreclosure actions.

Negotiate legal documents, draft and present Credit Memos, Liquidation Plans, Litigation Plans, REO asset plans with recommendations to credit committee.

Analyze borrowing entities' financial information, appraisal and environmental reports, leases, allonges and assignments, SBA SOP 50 57, securitization and loan documents.

Manage outside counsel in foreclosures, bankruptcies, Article 9 sales, receiverships, condemnations and deficiency actions.
