OUTCOME: Claimant's strokes and resulting physcial brain damage were found compensable enabling him to recieve compensation and medical care for his lifetime.

We were able to prove in this case that the claimant suffered from heat exhaustion while performing work in furtherance of his employer's business. Further, the Commission found that the heat exhaustio ... n caused the Claimant to become dehydrated, thereby causing coagulation of the Claimant's blood and subsequent cerebral thrombosis.
