Zoe Sanders

Alex and Zoe Sanders have a combined 78 years of experience in practicing  law. Alex and Zoe Sanders are father and daughter. They formed the firm to help people and businesses who find themselves involved in the justice system. 

Alex Sanders is a trial and appellate lawyer, and former state senator and  college president. He appeared most recently before the South Carolina Supreme Court in January 2016. Alex Sanders is the property damage claimants' representative ("PDFCR") in connection with the bankruptcy of W.R. Grace.  

Zoe Sanders has handled criminal, civil and regulatory cases. She has a broad range of experience.  She has represented such diverse individuals as the comedian Stephen Colbert,  U. S. Attorney General John Ashcroft and a battered spouse charged with the murder of her husband. She represents nationwide corporations in the areas of food and beverage and hospitality licencing.  Zoe is a past president of the National Association of Women of Women Lawyers. She was awarded The State Newspaper's "Top  20 under 40 Achievement Award".  She is a former law clerk to U.S. Federal District Court judge  Matthew J. Perry. She is a former state prosecutor. She is a member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference and  a board member of the South Carolina Administrative and Regulatory Law Association.
