Alternatively… you can call Ashby Jones & Associates and ask to consult with William Koontz. I just sat down with William yesterday and today I'm a calmer person. I brought all of my complicated and painful bits to the table. William repeated everything back to me, but in a way that was empathetic and understanding. I felt like I was in my therapist's office. I felt like I was seen, heard, and safe. Yesterday I had a plan; but today, together, WE have a better plan. Tonight, I think I might be able to sleep without taking a handful of melatonin.
