I regularly represent parties to contracts that are seeking either enforcement or recovery due to a deal gone wrong. My case experience includes corporate "divorces," sales disputes, and disputes with managers, agents, fiduciaries, and banks.

I have a number of years working of experience litigating many dozens of cases involving claims of negligence by the elderly residents of assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice practices, rehabilitation centers, and in-hospital treatment.

I represent plaintiffs in catastrophic injury cases. In my career, I have represented clients suffering due to injuries to infants, traumatic brain injuries, paralysis, motorcycle injuries, trucking accidents, significant burns, and tragic deaths.

I have represented both employers and employees in employment litigation. My experience includes wage litigation, wrongful termination, breach of employment contract, whistleblower retaliation claims, and a host of discrimination claims.
