Melinda has extensive experience advocating for clients in the family courts who were victims of domestic violence. Melinda has received specialized training from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) on domestic violence and custody cases. "I was fortunate to work with Melinda at South Carolina Legal Services for many years. She is compassionate, driven, and an excellent communicator. Melinda has handled everything from simple uncontested divorces to complex international custody disputes. She is well respected by her fellow attorneys and the judiciary. You will not find a lawyer who will work harder on your case."
