His background includes clerking for a State Circuit Judge, serving as an Assistant Attorney General for South Carolina, and working as an Assistant Solicitor in the Fifth Circuit Solicitor's Office.
Matt has called Richland County, South Carolina home for years. He's a proud husband and father of two.
