He joined Goings Law Firm, LLC as Of Counsel to lead its growing workers’ compensation practice, following a successful 14-year career with a large defense firm, during which he gained extensive experience representing insurance companies and corporations in circuit and federal court, as well as before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Having argued successfully before the South Carolina Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, DC, he has the confidence to know he can advocate for his clients in any legal situation. This background enables him to be a strategic and effective champion of injured workers while fully understanding how opposing parties operate. Christian’s passion lies in securing leading results for his clients through knowledgeable, client-centered advocacy.
