Bill Fortino has been my lawyer for 5 years now and has continuously been amazing, no matter what issue arises or when, he always makes himself available and provides sound legal advice. As a defendant being taken to court in 2016/2017 over a child custody issue (which we won), to years later as a pl...aintiff going through mediation in 2021 (which we resolved, avoiding court), he continued to work extremely hard for me being involved and was always one step ahead. Bill is most likely a good attorney... that is when his firm Hasn't worked him to death.... Forgetfulness.... loss of case direction, and repetition is what a client will experience when this occurs. Too bad we are billed for it..... I let this firm go and retained an attorney that at least had a sen...se of direction and did not allow the client to be side railed by the opposing counsel. Overall very disappointing on all accounts....
