Nonresponsive
Does not return phone calls. Paralegal is very abrasive and will berate you if you try to call the office. Does not always show up to court hearings. Multiple mistakes on paperwork. Very nice guy, horrible paralegal. A case that should have taken 12 - 18 months took 4 years mainly because of mistake...
