Mr. Glenn Givens was a great attorney for my family, and he helped us during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend Glenn to anyone looking for an attorney. He helped ease our probate issues and allowed us to move forward on inherited property. He was very understanding and explained ever...ything in detail. If we had questions, he broke down every explanation. He took the time out to make sure we were all on the same page. He was also financially reasonable. Our family hired Mr. Givens to prepare a living trust, end of life documents and wills. We explained family situations that may be difficult with respect to one or two people. Given all facts, opinions and wishes Mr. Givens expertly prepared all documents in such a way that all parties were pleased... and all harsh situations were avoided. His knowledge and experience in these matters plus his standing as a master in tax helped us to prepare in advance for the loss of family members with little disruption to those still living. He was able to tell us before any loss what to expect and how it would be handled. He relieved our anxiousness and helped us to understand a difficult process in the best of times and circumstances. He took extra precautions to insure future problems were minimized. He understands family dynamics. My husband and I contracted Mr. Givens to help with estate planning. During our initial meeting, we had many questions since our estate has changed considerably over our marriage of 42 years. He answered our questions during our first session or answered them in an email shortly afterward. He also... proposed questions for us to discuss that we had not previously considered. We communicated via email several times as we exchanged information which was convenient for both parties. We were also given copies of all documents via email to proofread and absorb before our next meeting.
