William James Jones

William “Bill” Jones has been practicing law and serving injured victims in the Midlands for over 18 years. He works on various type of cases with his primary focus being on representing those injured in automobile accidents, by dangerous products, or while on an unsafe premise.  He also represents those seeking Social Security Disability, who have been falsely arrested/imprisoned, that are seeking Social Security Disability, have been injured at work or are seeking a simple divorce based upon one year of continuous separation. He also serves clients by drafting Simple Wills and Power of Attorneys.

Bill was born in Ohio and spent his childhood moving due to his father’s twenty plus years serving our country in the U.S. Army.  Being a military dependent provided Bill the opportunity to interact with people of varying backgrounds and cultures. These experiences helped him to understand the importance of communicating with and understanding others.  He takes pride in communicating with his clients and understanding their needs and everything they are going through so that he may better serve them as their attorney. His family also taught him the meaning of discipline and hard work which he now applies in his practice of serving others.  

The greatest moment of his life was the birth of his daughter, Kylie.  However, he has learned that great satisfaction in life comes from helping others.  He is proud of being a lawyer and being able to help others. He is even prouder to be a trial lawyer who represents people rather than companies.
