Kevin Christopher Johnson

Attorney Kevin C. Johnson founded Johnson + Johnson Attorneys At Law in his hometown with his brother, attorney Steven W. Johnson. Focusing primarily on representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury litigation, Mr. Johnson helps clients who have legal issues involving any of the following:

• Slip and fall accidents
• Dog bites and other animal attacks
• Brain injuries

After graduating from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Mr. Johnson worked in the insurance industry, where he witnessed firsthand how insurance companies operate. This experience inspired Mr. Johnson to attend law school to become an advocate for those who are injured.

Upon graduating law school with the highest honors, Mr. Johnson served as a Judicial Law Clerk and then accepted an Associate Attorney position at a litigation firm, where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants (individuals and corporations) in complex civil litigation matters, including commercial and business litigation, estate and probate litigation, and serious personal injury litigation.

Mr. Johnson’s painstaking attention to detail has served his clients well throughout the litigation process and especially with regard to discovery. This drive has led to the successful resolution of a multitude of cases on behalf of clients including matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), dog bites and other animal attacks, business litigation matters, complex estate and probate litigation with high stakes, Constitutional violations in federal court, pro bono representation of persons incarcerated for injuries sustained in prison, professional negligence litigation, and other cases involving complex issues.

Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina, and the U.S. District Court of South Carolina. He is also a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, American Bar Association, Lexington County Bar Association, South Carolina Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the Eleventh Circuit Fee Dispute Committee.
