James V Holladay III

Mr. James Holladay works for the Lexington County public defenders in Lexington S.C. . He is representing my sister Linda Crosby. Linda is 70 years old. She was picked up 3 weeks ago on a bench warrant for not showing up for roll call. Linda is 70 years old and has many health problems including sev...ere Dementia. Her memory is extremely bad because of her Dementia. She did NOT remember what day she was suppose to show up in court for roll call due to her Dementia. This is cruel and unusual punishment for a 70 year old Lady who has severe Dementia among other health problems. I have called Mr. Holladay several times over the last 3 weeks and still haven't been able to speak with him. He is never in the office and will not return my calls. In my opinion, he doesn't care about his clients and he is definitely NOT a good Lawyer.
